As of now we only deliver to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, UAE, Singapore & Hong Kong. For other countries, please continue to watch this space as we try our best to work out location specific problems such as high import tax duties, unreliable customs agency to credit card fraud. We remain committed with making our visions on online shopping experience go global.

How much is the shipping fee?

We offer FREE shipping to the countries listed above.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Within 2-4 weeks. We do everything we can to get your orders in your hands as fast as possible. We dont like waiting for the good stuff any more than you do. However to keep the final product cost down while maintaining a profitable business operation most of our products are stored in China and manufactured in China and other Asian countries as well.

Why is the price on the package different from the price I paid for?

We declare the product as a low cost gift to avoid high customs and import tax duties. Some items are still flagged and can be charged with import taxes, which is highly dependent on your country’s customs agency. We will do the best we could to provide you a smooth hassle-free shopping experience although this instance are now beyond our control and highly dependent on the recieving country’s customs agency. So I hope you understand our position on this.

Where’s my tracking number?

The tracking number will be sent to you through your registered email along with further instructions on how to use it. It is also included in your account’s members area. If you need further help locating it don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and we will manually inform you of its current location.

My tracking says that my order was delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

I received wrong product. Can you fix it?

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately this stuff happens specially in days with tons of orders. Don’t worry though if your order doesn’t look right get in touch with us as soonest at our contact us page and we’ll correct it.

Can I edit or cancel my order after I’ve checked out?

Yes as long as the order is not yet packed and shipped. We aim to ship it as soonest though so once they are shipped they cannot be cancelled, unfortunately.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive or something is damaged?

Our goal is for you to have a wonderful worry-free shopping experience. So we take great care in handling and processing your orders and use some time to ensure we are not missing one or two of your orders. Sad to say though that sometimes for some reasons unfortunate events happen beyond both our control. i.e. A parcel can get dropped or knocked during transit resulting in serious damages or lost package. In such event please get in touch with us as soonest and we will do everything we can in our best effort to fix it or send a new one as soonest in the case of having a damaged product. We would like to ensure you still have a worry-free shopping experience.

What if an item I ordered doesn’t fit?

Ordered the wrong size? That’s alright it happens to everyone all the time. Simply get in touch with us as soonest and we will do our best to keep you happy.

What if I would like to return an item?

Sometimes an item might not be exactly what we had in mind when on hand, i.e. product that arrived is different from product photos, and you might want to return it. That is totally fine and understandable so please contact us within 14 days upon recieving your order. Our goal is to have a stupid looking broad grin on your face upon opening and using your order.
